Five stars all the way and would leave even more if I could. Had an excellent experience getting my oil changed and Justin absolutely delivered. He had my vehicle in and out in under 30 minutes - quick, efficient, and no hassle, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Beyond the speed, he was friendly, personable, and genuinely easy to talk with. That's the type of service that creates a returning customer. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. If you're looking for fast, quality work and great customer service, ask for Justin. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome experience at this Firestone. Our car broke down while on a cross country trip and within a few hours they had us back on the road! We called multiple shops (on a Friday afternoon) and couldn’t get service anywhere else. We were so grateful they fit us in immediately! Justin was wonderful to deal with. Five stars!!

I called Firestone in Sunday, because they were the first place I found that was open. I had found a nail in my tire just before leaving to take my dog for a hike. They said they could get my car in, so I stopped by, dropped my car off and took my dog for a hike that was nearby. Mike called while I was hiking to inform me that the tire wasn't repairable, due to a previous puncture too close. He discussed options with me, listened to what I wanted in a tire and made me feel comfortable making a choice, while not there to see them. The customer service was great, I mostly dealt with two employees, Mike and Moose and they were both so kind, understanding, and chill with my muddy dog and I hanging out post rainy hike. Genuinely good folks, keeping us safe in our vehicles.

We had an unexpected emergency stop on our road trip from Seattle to Chicago. Thankfully we were able to stop in, and they went over and beyond to get us in and take care of us. They made sure we would be safe for the rest of our trip. I truly am amazed by the kindness and professionalism that was shown to me and my son. I highly recommend them for any car needs you have.

These guys were a great and confident help! There are few things more frustrating than being on an expensive out of state hunting trip and having serious car trouble in the mountains. Fortunately, these guy were here to help fix my truck and alleviate my frustration. All of the staff were very kind, they quickly and accurately solved the problem and helped me identify another issue that was critical (logging roads are hard on things and require special attention). They took me into the shop to demonstrate the issue and show me exactly what we were talking about. They treated me like a knowledgable consumer rather than behaving as though they were the experts and I just needed to do what they said. It was a great experience. I showed up without an appointment, just a serious need, and they worked me in and even worked a suspension upgrade for me that I had been wanting for years. I showed up in the morning and they had me hunting again by that evening. By the time we left, we felt more like friends than customers. For an added convenience, since I was away from home, we had been forced to stay in a hotel for a couple of nights, and firestone shared a parkinglot with the ho
